Please read before placing your order

All sales are final! No refunds or returns. Due to the fact the products/services sold are customized to each specific consumer, they no longer can be resold. If you have an issue with your order, please contact support. 

Measurements:

For custom orders, your measurements must be sent 72 hours after placing order to ensure your order is processed in a timely manner. Measurements can be sent to info@jasjewelextensions.com or placed in the order notes before you place your order.

Processing:

Please allow 14-21 processing days for custom wig orders and 1-3 days for Ready to Ship wigs. If you order a BYOB unit, providing your own bundles, the turnaround time is 3-5 business days. Orders are processed in the order they are received. After processing, shipping takes about 3-5 days for domestic orders. 

Shipping:

Shipping is usually about 3-5 days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. The email will contain tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct when placing your order so that it does not cause any extra delays.

Pickup:

Available for BYOB Units as well as various other products. Pickup is for local orders. Please do not arrive to pickup location until your scheduled pickup time. Hair for BYOB Unit must be dropped off by setting up pickup time. You may also pickup BYOB Unit once it has been processed or you can arrange for it to be shipped. 

Custom Wig Service:

Custom wigs are our bestseller and due to the details for each order, a processing time is needed to ensure the quality of each order. All custom orders come with lace customization (bleaching, plucking, etc.), styling, any other add-ons requested. Maintenance services are available as well to assist with maintaining the quality of your wig(s). With proper care, Jas Jewel Extensions LLC custom wigs can last over one calendar year.
