Care Instructions & Tips for you Custom Wig:

 

Shampoo/Condition Instructions:

• Detangle hair prior to wetting hair for washing your unit. 
• Wash using sulfate-free shampoo. For colored hair, use color safe shampoo so it doesn’t strip the pigment from the hair 
• Deep condition as needed, more often for curlier or wavier textures. 
• When shampooing or conditioning hair, be gentle to ensure it does not become tangle or matted.
• Let hair air dry for best results.

 

Styling:

• When using heat on hair, use a heat protectant. 
• Use lower heat settings for colored hair.
• For curlier textures, use a spray bottle with water and conditioner to detangle and style hair. Mousse can be used to enhance wave or curl as long as it has no hold to light hold; firm hold isn’t recommended. 

 

Do not:

• scratch lace or be rough with it, as it can cause it to shed or create holes.
• use heat on your unit every single day 
• use glue more than once between shampoos to avoid build-up on lace
